It was a proper cat-fight when Hurricane took on Pine View on Tuesday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Crimson Cliffs didn't have quite enough to beat Dixie on Tuesday and fell 3-2. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
Crimson Cliffs couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Dixie a tough time in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 29-31, 25-21, 21-25, 26-24, 15-11.
Hurricane will have to contain Lily Jones as she made an impact in Crimson Cliffs' last game. She had 29 digs and two aces. Jones is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 16 or more in each of the last seven games she's played.
Crimson Cliffs' loss dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Hurricane, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 14-12.
