After flying high against the Clinton Christian Couriers last Tuesday, Andrews Academy came back down to earth. Andrews Academy received a tough blow on Thursday as they fell 47-30 to Benton HomeSchool. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Andrews Academy has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Andrews Academy still got an impressive performance from Simeon Jackman, who scored eight points along with five rebounds.
Andrews Academy's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-8. As for Benton HomeSchool, their victory bumped their record up to 15-10.
Andrews Academy will square off against Dakota Adventist Academy at 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Andrews Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 on Thursday. Benton HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
