Marshall Academy has gone a perfect 5-0 against Rossville Christian Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. On Friday, Marshall Academy took their game with ease, bagging a 54-8 win over West Memphis Christian. Considering the Patriots have won six contests by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Connor Floyd had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 96 yards and four TDs, while also rushing for 40 yards and one touchdown. Those four passing touchdowns gave him a new career-high.
Marshall Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as KJ Luse, Jayden Walker, Cannon Marshall, and Jacob Ramey picked up one apiece. Marshall Academy received some extra help from Jase Akins, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.
Meanwhile, Rossville Christian Academy ended up a good deal behind Tupelo Christian Prep two weeks ago and lost 35-21.
Although Rossville Christian Academy took the loss, they still got scores from Kagan Henson, Carson Hamilton, and Kalvin Moua.
Rossville Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Marshall Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.
Everything came up roses for Marshall Academy against Rossville Christian Academy when the teams last played back in August of 2024, as the team secured a 46-8 win. In that matchup, the Patriots amassed a halftime lead of 40-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
