Millersburg's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kamdyn Heintzelman, who scored 20 points along with four steals. Chase Romberger was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with eight rebounds and three blocks.
Meanwhile, Halifax had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28 points), and they went ahead and made it ten on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Steelton-Highspire 71-69. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Halifax has posted yet this season.
Millersburg pushed their record up to 8-10 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Halifax, their win bumped their record up to 14-2.
