The Alexander Cougars can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent game on Thursday. They blew past South Paulding 88-62. The win was familiar territory for Alexander who now have ten in a row.
Alexander was led to victory by Braedan Lue and Gregory Dunson. Lue scored 21 points along with seven rebounds and three steals, while Dunson went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points and 5 assists. Lue continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jermaine Freeman, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
Alexander's win was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-2. As for South Paulding, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-9.
Alexander does not have any more games scheduled as of now. South Paulding also has no future games currently scheduled.
