Andover entered their tilt with Spring Lake Park on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with  a   6-1  victory over the Panthers. Andover got a great performance from  Logan Nistler as he  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over six innings pitched. Those  12  strikeouts gave  Nistler a new career-high.
 At the plate,  Drew Law was  excellent,  going 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  RBI. That's the most  stolen bases  he has posted since back in April.
Andover's win was  their fourth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 9-2. The  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Spring Lake Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.
 Looking ahead, Andover will head out to  face off against Osseo  at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Huskies are facing the Orioles at the right time seeing as the Orioles are stuck on  a  four-game losing streak. As for Spring Lake Park, they will welcome Princeton  at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday.
