The Telfair County Trojans won the last time they faced the Dooly County Bobcats, and things went their way on Friday too. Telfair County claimed a resounding 46-4 win over Dooly County on the road. The team ran away with 34 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the victory.
Zah'Mya McDuffie continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 15 points along with two steals. McDuffie is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Passion Clay, who scored eight points along with four steals.
The win made it two in a row for Telfair County and bumps their season record up to 9-12. As for Dooly County, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.
Telfair County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dooly County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 56-6 loss vs. Hawkinsville on the 10th.
