Walled Lake Central came tearing into Tuesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Kettering Captains 50-27. The team ran away with 45 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the victory.

Kettering lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Nathan Bisnett, who posted four points and four steals. Bisnett has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Jarrell, who had three points and three steals.

Walled Lake Central's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Kettering, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with the loss, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Walled Lake Central will take on Walled Lake Western at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kettering, they will square off against Milford at 7:00 p.m. on January 14th.
