The Jefferson Patriots''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their eighth straight loss. They were beaten by Adamson 54-0. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Jefferson in their matchups with Adamson: they've now lost five in a row.
Jefferson's defeat was their ninth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 1-9. Sadly, the team can't blame their woes on tough opposition, as that stretch included 2-8 Adamson and 2-8 Venus (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 42.2% over those games). As for Adamson, their victory bumped their record up to 3-7.
Jefferson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Adamson also has no future games currently scheduled.
