The Smidt Tech Grey Wolves won the last time they faced the Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus Tigers, and things went their way on Monday too. Smidt Tech walked away with a 60-51 win over Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus.
Smidt Tech found their leader in underclassman Aaron Merlos, who scored 23 points. Another player making a difference was Nathan Lopez, who scored ten points.
Smidt Tech has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season. As for Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
Smidt Tech will be playing at home against Rise Kohyang at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus, they will head out on the road to face off against West Adams at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
