Austin Carlisle's Big Game Leads Ridge Point over Fort Bend Dulles
Starting off the list is Ridge Point's Austin Carlisle, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Carlisle threw for 125 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown on only five carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 69 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Fort Bend Dulles's probably not too fond of Carlisle given he always seems to get the better of them. Carlisle threw for 239 yards and four touchdowns while completing 88.2% of his passes the last time he and the Vikings duked it out back in September of 2023.

While Thursday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Tyson Craft. He turned in nothing short of a gem on Thursday, rushing for 132 yards and two touchdowns.
Fort Bend Elkins now has a winning record of 4-3. They and Fort Bend Dulles are set to duel on Friday.

While Fort Bend Austin might've come up empty on Friday, Will Herrmann wasn't going down without a fight. Nobody could stop Herrmann as he forced two fumbles and made nine total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.
Fort Bend Austin now has a losing record at 3-4. Herrmann and Fort Bend Austin will challenge Fort Bend Hightower on Thursday.
