Despite the defeat, Trinity Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: Elsheema Saintyl scored 12 points along with three steals. Those 12 points set a new season-high mark for her.
Trinity Christian Academy bumped their record down to 1-9 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 22.6 points per game. As for Atlantic Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-4.
