Meanwhile, Rockwell Christian School didn't have too much trouble with Shining Light Baptist Academy on the road on Tuesday as they won 52-36. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Rockwell Christian School.
It was another big night for Kylie Smith, who scored 19 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Rockwell Christian School's points. Kailey Leepard was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Southview Christian's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for Rockwell Christian School, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.
Southview Christian strolled past Rockwell Christian School when the teams last played back in December of 2022 by a score of 34-17. The rematch might be a little tougher for Southview Christian since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
