The Eno River Bobcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They walked away with a 50-43 win over Graham.
Eno River's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sadie Olson led the charge by scoring 13 points along with five assists and three steals. Those 13 points set a new season-high mark for her. Ava Hill was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Eno River's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Graham, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.
Eno River won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Clover Garden School at 5:00 p.m. on December 22nd. Clover Garden School is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. Graham will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chatham Central at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024. Chatham Central presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Graham in North Carolina (Chatham Central is ranked 180th, while Graham is ranked 502nd).
