Several Impalas players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Luke Foster, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Pierce Decker, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.
Fairview's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Bekkem Kritza, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Kritza is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Spencer Brown, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Poudre has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Fairview, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.
Poudre will be playing in front of their home fans against Broomfield at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Broomfield is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Fairview, they will head out on the road to take on Horizon at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Horizon has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 251 points over their last four matchups.
