The St. Francis Indian Warriors's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. The matchup between them and Garretson wasn't particularly close, with St. Francis Indian falling 61-43.
Despite the loss, St. Francis Indian still got an impressive performance from Darin Arcoren, who scored 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Arcoren has scored all season. Another player making a difference was John Gunhammer, who scored 11 points.
St. Francis Indian has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Garretson, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9.
St. Francis Indian will be playing at home against the Crusaders at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Red Cloud is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak. As for Garretson, they will head out on the road to square off against the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Baltic presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Blue Dragons in South Dakota (the Bulldogs are ranked 32nd, while the Blue Dragons are ranked 112th).
