The Braymer Bobcats entered their tilt with the Polo Panthers with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Braymer walked away with a 48-41 win over the Panthers on Friday. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Braymer has scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Braymer to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dakota Brandon, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. Brandon is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Haley, who scored 15 points along with three steals.
Braymer's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-7. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.4 points per game. As for Polo, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.
Braymer will face off against the Dragons at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Polo, they will be playing at home against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
