Wayland Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their 24th straight  loss. They lost  3-0 to the Ozaukee Warriors. The Big Red were not able to make up for their  defeat to the Warriors from their previous meeting  back in October of 2024.

 Reina Schroeckenthaler paced Wayland Academy's offense, picking up seven kills. Schroeckenthaler got some help from  Ella Kikkert and her 18 assists. Finally,  Amily Cho kept Wayland Academy's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.
Wayland Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-26. As for Ozaukee, the  win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-14.
 Looking ahead, Wayland Academy will be playing at home against Madison Country Day  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Ozaukee, they are taking a road trip to  square off against Central Wisconsin Christian  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
