Sandwich had lost three games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 7-8 on Tuesday that streak is in the rearview. They came out on top against the Plano Reapers by a score of 6-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-5 on April 8th.
Brooklyn Marks made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and only one walk).
