Lake extended their postseason success on Monday against Enterprise. They won by a run and slipped past the Yellowjackets 6-5. Winning may never get old, but the Hornets sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

The team relied heavily on Wes Nester, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Brody Bufkin, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Lake's record is now 17-10. As for Enterprise, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-12.

Lake will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Yellowjackets: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
