Priceville lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Lawrence County, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's contest. The Bulldogs really took it to the Red Devils for the full four quarters, racking up a 53-13 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won six games by 25 points or more so far this season.

Sheldon Graham had an outrageously good game as he threw for 220 yards and five TDs on perfect 16-for-16 passing, and also rushed for 81 yards on only five carries. Those 220 passing yards gave him a new career-high. A healthy portion of Graham's aerial production (80 yards to be exact) went to Urijah Burnham.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Priceville proved: they limited Lawrence County to a paltry 3.4 yards per carry. The team can thank Coby Joseph Kuckuk for the heroic effort on defense: he. Priceville didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 8.5.

Priceville didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Sincere Baker.

Despite the defeat, Lawrence County saw an underclassman step up: freshman Tavian Jones rushed for 104 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Jones' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 104 rushing yards.

Priceville's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Lawrence County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.

Coming up, Priceville will face off against Russellville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 921 yards in their previous games. As for Lawrence County, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Jasper at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st.
