Gadsden has been on the road for three straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Las Cruces Bulldawgs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Last Friday, Gadsden took a serious blow against Organ Mountain, falling 65-26. Gadsden was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-17.
Meanwhile, Las Cruces' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 52-26 walloping at the hands of Mayfield. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Las Cruces has scored all season.
Gadsden has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season. As for Las Cruces, they dropped their record down to 11-10 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
Things could have been worse for Gadsden, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 49-31 loss to Las Cruces when the teams last played back in January.
