The Paris Wildcats lost to the Rivercrest Rebels back in November of 2016, but the Paris Wildcats didn't allow the Rivercrest Rebels the same satisfaction on Thursday. Paris simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Rivercrest 70-34 on the road. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Paris.
Despite the loss, Rivercrest still got an impressive performance from Anna Duvall, who scored 20 points along with 3 steals. Duvall scored a full 58.8% of Rivercrest's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Paris' win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Rivercrest, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
Paris will be playing in front of their home fans against Commerce at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Commerce is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road. As for Rivercrest, they will take on Chisum at 4:34 p.m. on Thursday.
