Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Jordyn Simon stepped things up a notch to give Midland the 'W'. Simon wasn't messing around, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances. The contest was also her third straight with at least one stolen base dating back to last season.

Simon and Midland will head out to challenge Westlake at 11:00 p.m. on Monday. The Rebels had to take a loss when they last met the Rams, but Simon had little to do with the loss: she scored two runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
