Volleyball Recap: Beachside Starts Season with Win at Home

Beachside took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Nease Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Barracudas haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-10, 25-18.

Adriana Jeanpierre paced Beachside's offense, picking up 14 kills. Jeanpierre got some help from Mollie VanDeusen and her 13 assists. Jeanpierre was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Beachside will be playing at home against Episcopal School of Jacksonville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Nease, they will challenge Wolfson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
