The Peters Township Indians had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They managed a 14-9 victory over Cocalico on Friday. Peters Township's win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Despite the loss, Cocalico still got an impressive performance from Josh Myer, who rushed for 81 yards and a touchdown.
Peters Township's victory bumped their record up to 15-0. As for Cocalico, their loss dropped their record down to 12-2.
Peters Township is on the road again on Friday and play against Imhotep Charter at 7:00 p.m. on December 8th. Imhotep Charter is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. Cocalico does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
