The Grace Lancers will be playing at home against the View Park Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Grace has three straight victories, View Park has nine straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Grace can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Desert Chapel 63-12 at home. With Grace ahead 49-6 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Grace found their leader in underclassman Riley Williams, who rushed for 47 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 95 yards and a touchdown on only eight passes. Ethan Lasecla was another key contributor, rushing for 41 yards and a touchdown.
View Park played against Locke and lost via forfeit.
Grace's victory was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 6-3. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 45.33 points. As for View Park, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.
