Lincoln has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will face off against the Chatsworth Chancellors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
With a playoff game on the line, Lincoln rose to the challenge on Friday. They strolled past Westchester with points to spare, taking the game 23-6.
Kenneth Brown continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 144 yards and a touchdown. Lincoln also got help from Joshua Sosa who showed off his sure hands for 90 receiving yards.
Meanwhile, Chatsworth never let their opponents score on Friday. They claimed a resounding 37-0 victory over Poly at home. The victory was just what Chatsworth needed coming off of a 48-28 loss in their prior matchup.
Lincoln has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Chatsworth, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.
