Walhalla unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of Daniel by a score of 52-50. Walhalla has struggled against Daniel recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Marnie Baxter, who scored 19 points along with three steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. Kami Roach was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, Crescent's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their sixth straight loss. They lost to Seneca on the road by a decisive 49-33 margin.
Walhalla's loss dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Crescent, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-8.
