Biloxi's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Picayune Maroon Tide with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Maroon Tide: they've now won four in a row.

One reason for the win was Biloxi's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13, 25-9.

Their offense was headlined by Lisa Jenkins and Catherine Miles, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Ava Naron and her 25 assists. Adelyn Fontenelle controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Biloxi's win bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Picayune, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.
