 Meanwhile, Denver West fell victim to Arvada and their airtight pitching crew  on Tuesday. They suffered a  rough 15-0 defeat at the hands of the Bulldogs.
 Westminster's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Denver West, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.
 Westminster took their  win against Denver West  in their previous matchup  back in April of 2023 by a conclusive  13-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for Westminster since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
