Boylan Catholic had a senior duo take command as Lilian Esparza scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and three steals and Alayna Petalber scored 17 points. The contest was Esparza's 15th in a row with at least ten points. Bailey Westlund was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Several Broncos players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Whitney Sullivan, who scored 23 points along with eight rebounds.
