It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Spanish Fork had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Alta Hawks. The victory was nothing new for the Dons as they're now sitting on five straight.
Jackie Sorenson was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one run. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Boston Duvall, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs.
