As a matter of fact, that's the most points Faya has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Dominik Rice, who scored 14 points along with six steals.
Benson's win bumped their record up to 7-15. As for Bellevue East, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-22.
Benson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 86-38 loss vs. Omaha Westside on the 24th. Bellevue East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
