Basketball Recap: Cascade's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Cascade lost to Monticello back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. Everything went the Cascade Cougars' way against the Monticello Panthers as the Cascade Cougars made off with a 55-32 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Cougars who have now won four games in a row.

Cascade pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.3 points per game. As for Monticello, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-3 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cascade and Camanche will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Monticello will take on Beckman in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
