On Thursday, The Bon Homme Cavaliers faced the Hamlin Chargers in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Bon Homme was beaten by Hamlin 52-8.
Tyson Stevenson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Hamlin, rushing for 91 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, while also throwing for 145 yards and two touchdowns. Evan Stormo also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Hamlin's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Leading the way was Zac VanMeeteren and his two sacks.
Bon Homme's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Hamlin, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1.
Bon Homme does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hamlin will face off against Wall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wall is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
