After flying high against the Grace Academy Lions last Thursday, the Charlotte Lab School Lions came back down to earth. Charlotte Lab School had to suffer through a rough 78-38 loss at the hands of Carolina International.
Carolina International was led to victory by Roy Quick and Michael Davis. Quick scored 14 points along with 6 assists and 3 steals, while Davis scored 23 points along with 7 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Davis has scored at least 25% of Carolina International's points. Rodney Fullenwider was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
Charlotte Lab School now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Carolina International, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
Charlotte Lab School will look to defend their home court on Monday against Varsity Opponent at 5:15 p.m. As for Carolina International, they will head out on the road to face off against United Faith Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
