Meanwhile, Wheat Ridge ended up a good deal behind Golden on Wednesday and lost 60-43. Wheat Ridge has struggled against Golden recently, as their match on Wednesday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Conifer's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Wheat Ridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.
