Last Thursday, Northern Michigan Christian had to suffer through a rough 66-35 loss at the hands of the Ramblers. Northern Michigan Christian has struggled against the Ramblers recently, as their match on Thursday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Evart's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their seventh straight defeat. They fell just short of Pine River Area by a score of 53-51.
Northern Michigan Christian's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-7. As for Evart, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.
Northern Michigan Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against the Wildcats when the teams last played back in February of 2023, but they still walked away with a 56-50 victory.
