The Franklin Wildcats will be playing at home against the Oakwood Lumberjacks at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Tuesday, Franklin earned a 59-47 victory over Dixie. Given Franklin's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 262nd, while Dixie is ranked 527th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 19 or more in the last 12 games he's played. Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Oakwood's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 87-70 bruising from Brookville. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (61), Oakwood still had to take the loss.
Franklin is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Oakwood, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-4.
