Volleyball Recap: Osceola Snags Sixth Win in Last Eight Games

Osceola won the last time they faced Unity and things went their way on Thursday too. The Chieftains came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0.

Harper Gibson paced Osceola's offense, picking up eight kills. Gibson got some help from Addison Symons and her 21 assists. Symons was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Osceola has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Unity, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Osceola and Unity will both be playing Amery the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Chieftains will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
