After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Eastern, Wirt County was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 47-12 victory over the Magnolia Blue Eagles. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Blue Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Tyler Smith was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 36 yards and two scores, and also threw for 78 yards and a pair of TDs. Those 36 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Adryon Hartford was in the mix as well, providing Wirt County with two touchdowns.
