While Lawrence County put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Magoffin County. The Bulldogs blew past the Hornets 14-0. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by six runs or more this season.

Lawrence County has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Magoffin County, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-21.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lawrence County will face off against Shelby Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Magoffin County, they will take on Knott County Central at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
