Highlands typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Woodland Christian proved too difficult a challenge. They blew past the Scots 72-44. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 27 points or more this season.
Golden Sierra better keep an eye on Romello Bruhn. He was instrumental in Woodland Christian's win, going 13 of 27 en route to 38 points in addition to six rebounds and six steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Bruhn has scored at least a third of Woodland Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Hinkle, who had seven points.

Golden Sierra is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.9 points per game. As for Woodland Christian, they pushed their record up to 19-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.
Golden Sierra was dealt a bruising 94-67 loss at the hands of Woodland Christian when the teams last played back in January. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Bruhn, who went 19 for 32 on his way to 48 points and six boards. Now that Golden Sierra knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
