Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Green Ridge). They blew past the Sacred Heart Gremlins 54-29 on Friday. The win was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their ten-game losing streak.

Green Ridge's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-11. As for Sacred Heart, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Green Ridge Tigers face off against the Warsaw Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sacred Heart, they will head out to take on Stover at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stover will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Sacred Heart surely won't give up without a fight.
