Catoosa can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They blew past the Edison Eagles 14-4. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 14-6 two weeks ago.

Brogan O'Neal was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Tanner Casey, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

Catoosa always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .655. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive games.

Catoosa's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Edison, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Catoosa will face off against Checotah at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Checotah has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.69 runs per game on average), something Catoosa will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Edison, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Locust Grove at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
