A Season-Best Effort from Dominic Ezeonye Leads Wilson over Nogales
Dominic Ezeonye produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Wilson to the win on Friday. Ezeonye rushed for 244 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August of 2023. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 126 rushing yards dating back to last season.
The win (which was Wilson's sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats challenges Ontario at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Nogales had to settle for second on Friday, but Tyler Lewis sure wasn't going down easily. Lewis turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 365 yards and four touchdowns, while also punching in a rushing score.
Nogales now has a losing record at 3-4. Lewis and Nogales will head out on the road to face off against Pomona at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Catarino Came Up Big in Wilson's 52-36 Victory
Rene Catarino posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He picked up a sack, forced a fumble, and made nine total tackles.
This season, Catarino has averaged 6.8 total tackles per game and for the season has 3 sacks.

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Samuel Abajuo stepped things up a notch to give Ontario the 'W'. Azusa had no answer to Abajuo as he rushed for 131 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries. Abajuo got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 85 yards.
Ontario's victory ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Jaguars faces off against Wilson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Orlando Zamora Makes It Two for Nogales
The second Nogales player making an appearance here is Orlando Zamora, and for good reason. He rushed for 103 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, and also picked up 42 receiving yards. His longest rush was for an impressive 50 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
