Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Punahou). They breezed by the Molokai Farmers to the tune of 83-20 on Thursday. The Buff n' Blue have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

The win (which was Punahou's fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-3. As for Molokai, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

Punahou and Ayala will face off at 8:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. Punahou knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 15 matchups -- so hopefully Ayala likes a good challenge. As for Molokai, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kihei Charter at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Molokai is facing Kihei Charter at the right time seeing as Kihei Charter is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
