The American Heritage Patriots came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against St. Joseph by a score of 34-27. That result was just more of the same for these two, as American Heritage also won the last time the pair played back in January.
St. Joseph's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eliza Berg, who scored six points along with eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Lizzie Randall, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
American Heritage has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for St. Joseph, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-11.

As for St. Joseph, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Draper APA at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Draper APA has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 1,118 points over their last 15 contests.
