The King Abdullah Academy Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They blew past Calvary Temple 84-63. King Abdullah Academy might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won five matchups by 21 points or more this season.
King Abdullah Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Zak Osman led the charge by scoring 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adira Ahmed, who scored 18 points.
King Abdullah Academy's victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-4. As for Calvary Temple, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. King Abdullah Academy will take on Fredericksburg Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Calvary Temple will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Northern Virginia HomeSchool at 6:45 p.m. on February 23rd.
